Erin Keating is an entrepreneur and creative leader passionate about empowering women to live their best lives over forty.
Erin spent 20 years as a television and mobile content executive, producing Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series for platforms including Comedy Central, NBC, IFC TV and Snapchat before turning her attention to her own underserved demographic.
With in-the-trenches expertise that spans from TV and film to mobile video, podcasts and augmented reality, her talent for making impactful work in every medium is powered by curiosity, collaboration and a sense of humor.
Today, she’s the Host of the Hotter Than Ever podcast which helps women 40+ imagine a second half that is freer, happier, sexier, and more satisfying.
Erin founded Broad Collective with Sarah Gallagher Trombley to empower other extraordinary women in midlife to own their professional destinies, grow their power and influence through impactful content, and live successful lives of their own design.


Sarah Gallagher Trombley
Sarah Gallagher Trombley is an entrepreneur and thought leader working at the intersection of technology, content, revenue and safety.
After more than 20 years working in media and technology as a partnerships and sales development executive for storied brands including Conde Nast, Time Inc, Interbrand, Flipboard and Snapchat, Sarah left the corporate world to found the parent education platform, Digital Mom Media. Through this platform Sarah helps parents navigate the digital world with and for their kids.
Sarah founded Broad Collective with Erin Keating to help other women entrepreneurs at midlife accelerate their growth and success by providing them with the tools, strategy and support they need to truly thrive.
